Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:
Terms of Return: You may return an item for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition of Return: All returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition to be eligible for a refund. The only exception is for items damaged during shipping.
Reason for Return: You may return an item if it was damaged during shipping, if you received the wrong item, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
Process for Return: To initiate a return, you must first contact us by email at todd@toddscalise.com with photos of the damaged item or a clear reason for the return.
Process of Refund: Once the item is returned and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment within two weeks. Please note that customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged during the initial shipment.
